The No Surprise Workout

This week is a Deloading week and a corrective exercise week.
Expect more focus on mobility and modifying exercises

*We will be holding a mock Throwdown this Sunday 12-2 pm
-It will be 3 workouts in that time frame

The No Surprise Workout
11/11/13

Mobility- Hip mobility progression, wall slides 5 x 5 and thoracic spine smash

Strength- Back Box Squats
Work up to a heavy set of 8

Metcon-  4 rounds
 200 m Run
12 Wall Balls
4 Burpees
1:30 sec REST
