This week is a Deloading week and a corrective exercise week.
Expect more focus on mobility and modifying exercises

Strength- Back Box Squats
Work up to a heavy set of 8
Metcon- 4 rounds
200 m Run
12 Wall Balls
4 Burpees
1:30 sec REST
