Skill- from the floor   5 x 10 overhead squats (light and slow; focus on form)

Stability- DB Push Press 3 x 15
                  Split Squats  3 x 10  each leg

Metcon- 50 Double Unders
              then 10-1
              Box Jumps
              Med ball Slams
              50 Double Unders
