Warm-up
Zig-Zag Sprint for time (speed and agility drill scores will be posted)
Clean and Jerk Ladder
You must complete 1 clean and jerk every 90 seconds and after every completed rep you must move to a higher weight!
Men weights: 35, 55, 75, 95, 105, 115, 135, 155
Womens weights: 35, 55, 65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115
