10 Lateral Jumps over PVC
10 OH PVC Lunges

5 Rounds 155/95
Deadlift 12 reps
Hang Power Clean 9 reps
Push Jerk 6 reps

*everytime you drop the bar 3 Burpees...Deadlifts are touch and go

Then:
Split Jerk off the back
1-1-1-1-1-1-1
